When inspired…

The whole world seems to whip around my wanting.

I can’t turn away from this magnetic attraction. Though, I often let go in disbelief.

“To be selfish, is to be selfless.” –An oxymoron of deeper meaning. Demanding what you want and need from this life, is not just a self-fulfilling prophecy for your soul…
Just think about how others might experience you, and what you would be giving back by giving to yourself.

What about murderers, and other [seemingly] heartless souls?

Ever fathomed the fact or fiction of their childhood. (I say fact or fiction, for how are we to know the reality, until we experience it.)

As an example, let us look into the tyrannical militant “Father” in Pan’s Labyrinth. Can you see the heart in a man that could senselessly and repeatedly beat a man in the face, for no apparent reason other than the need to dominate?

We all are born beautiful and innocent, in nature. The conundrum here is: What happened?

Yes, indeed: LIFE! To live is to wear, but with will we grow.

Music made that mad man “Father” tick into a soothing lullaby. There was obvious ease; at least a great release of tension. That music held something significant within him. He wanted this bit of purity in his soul, to be passed onto his Son: the only person he saw himself within.

For music to be such a private study for the “Father”, you would assume it bears a bold link to his mentality. That is his heart.

To experience life openly, will leave us leading on in all directions. For “Father to have shared that intimate part of himself, his music, on an open level. Playing throughout his home, humble in his ease of tension. That would metaphorically mean he was seeing himself in everyone, openly. Not just the hopes of beating himself into a fledgling baby boy. But rather, being himself for all to see.

I have often made it a priority to please others, because of my innate ability to see myself within others. Putting yourself in another’s shoes can be interesting; a good source for tolerance and compassion. But it can wear, as worn shoes have… Forgetting I have my own to live out in.

It’s beautiful to find yourself as fascinating as another… To realize that person is you, and wear it proud.

“You are finding that a recent spiritual or metaphysical commitment has profound implications, not just on the spiritual level, but also on the mundane.” -Scorpio
